1745-PCC cable ((USB and serial))

This is the procedure we wrote for WinXP, we test every cable we make... so we hated starting up the old and slow Win98 machine to test cables, that's when I found DosBox its very nice (and free) www.plctrainer.net/DOSBOX.pdf , if using a USB or serial you will need to change the config file so it points to the proper com port, use this version of DOSBOX as the newer versions will not let you configure the com ports

We have also used this cable (USB and Serial) with Windows 7 (standard and XP Mode)
